Our database will be undergoing maintenance on Tuesday, 2025-01-21, between 09:00AM and 10:00AM (UTC), due to security updates and patches from our provider. The API will have degraded performance or return 500 HTTP responses. Already running encodings will not be affected. Our experience has shown that the actual downtime will be less than 10 minutes within the 60 minute time window. Thus the impact on any encoding workflow with retry mechanisms in place should be minimal.
